that we slave
to a master
when this labor
will benefit

as the oppressed
and the heroes

of the members
of the jury
who sentenced
Socrates
to death
is dead now

death is the end
of you
and your power
or your misery

your hopes
and
your dreams
may live on
but that is notyour concern

our concern now
must be us,
our home,
our place upon
the earth.
